Christian Schloegl
CEO of PFEIFER Structures / Managing Director of PFEIFER Structures GmbH, Buxheim, Germany
Born in 1973, Civil Engineer (FH), with over 25 years of experience in international project management.
Part of the company since 2001 and currently responsible for the strategic and operational development of the group. He is driven by the commitment to approach complex projects holistically and successfully implement them as integrated solutions.
As a lecturer at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, he bridges academic teaching and practical experience, sharing his expertise in project management with students in the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering.

Dr. Martin Jenni
Managing Director of PFEIFER Systems GmbH, Satteins, Austria
Born in 1978, DI Dr. techn., has been active in the development and implementation of transformable structures for many years.
Since 2015, he has been responsible for kinetic, mobile, and transformable structures as well as drive mechanics, control technology, and sensor systems. As Managing Director of PFEIFER Systems, he plays a key role in shaping technical development. He combines analytical depth with pragmatic implementation—from concept to realization.

Stephan Eberle
Managing Director PFEIFER Structures LLC (UAE & Qatar) / Regional Manager Middle East
Born in 1968, he has been active in the international facade and lightweight construction industry since 1998.
After working in Asia and with over 20 years of experience in the Middle East, he is responsible for business development in the region. He is familiar with local requirements as well as international standards and advocates for close, collaborative partnerships with local clients.

Alan Xu
General Manager, PFEIFER Spatial Structures (Shanghai) Co., Ltd
Born in 1977, he has been active in membrane construction since 2004.
He has been with the company (formerly COVERTEX) since 2004 and is responsible for operational activities in the Chinese market. The membrane manufacturing facility in Shanghai stands for the highest quality in PTFE and PVC membranes as well as ETFE films fabrication.

Nicolas de Mallmann
Managing Director of PFEIFER Structures (SG) Pte., Ltd.
Born in 1973, he has an MBA from the Toulouse Business School.
After 2 years working in Europe in the technical textile industry, Nicolas moved to Asia in 2001 and developed a regional expertise on the composite materials & tensile membrane markets for 2 large European actors of the industry.
In 2015, he transitioned to lightweight architectural structures with PFEIFER Structures, starting the Asia Pacific operation in Singapore, and developing PFEIFER Structures’ project presence across the APAC region.

Thomas Hermeking
Head of Sales & Preconstruction
Born in 1964, Civil Engineer (TU), with roots in traditional construction business and expertise from two decades of turn-key projects.
After gaining initial experience in stadium construction as a project manager, he has served as the central interface between the market, engineering, and cost estimation at PFEIFER Structures since 2006. He approaches projects holistically from the very beginning, thereby laying the foundation for economically and technically sound solutions.

Andreas Heidrich
Head of Project Management
Born in 1989, M.Eng. (Project Management), B.Eng. (Mechanical Engineering), with strong expertise in methods and processes.
He has been with the company since 2023, managing international projects across all phases. He stands for structure, reliability, and the commitment to delivering projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Thomas Prang
Head of Engineering
Born in 1966, holds a Bachelor of Engineering (FH) in Steel and Metal Construction and is a European Welding Engineer, with over 25 years of experience in lightweight construction.
Since joining the company in 1998, he has served as a project engineer on numerous facade, bridge, and stadium projects. Since 2023, he has been responsible for engineering development and technical implementation within PFEIFER Structures. He stands for precise planning, technical depth, and robust solutions.

Dr. Otto Grohmann
Head of Installation & HSE
Born in 1960, Dr.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering, with a clear focus on safety and quality.
Since 2019, he has held various positions, initially responsible for production sites in Germany, China, and the U.S. Subsequently, his focus shifted to quality, environmental, and energy management, as well as occupational health and safety. Since 2025, he has been responsible for global construction site implementation. His standard: safe processes and reliable execution under all conditions.

Daniela Holzhey
Head of Finance
Born in 1991, B.Sc. in Business Administration, with a focus on international project business.
After several years in international project controlling, she has been responsible for the group’s financial management since 2023. She fosters transparency, thinks holistically, and supports well-informed business decisions.

Martina Capeková
Head of Human Resources
Born in 1976, holds a Master’s Degree in Economics.
She is responsible for the further development of the organization and fosters an international, performance-oriented corporate culture. Her focus is on people, development, and collaboration—particularly in global human resource management.
