The 3000 sqm canopy covers a central plaza in Downtown Doha. It is one of the largest retractable roof structures in the world, specifically designed to provide shade and reduce temperatures in the outdoor area of the “Barahat.” PFEIFER has delivered 100 tons of steel structure, 35 tons of cables and connections, 1080 membrane elements as well as 30 motor and winch units.
